Keep track of internships for Summer 2020 for undergraduates interested in tech, SWE, and related fields. This list is by no means comprehensive and there are definitely still opportunities out there! Best of luck everyone If you get a chance to work here, take it! Best career decisions I've made.Unfortunately, this is no longer being updated as of. ClickTime knows how to keep employees and customers happy and satisfied for the long haul. This is not a "just a job," this is a career. I look forward to putting in my time here and growing with the company as well. Most of the employees here are going on 5+ years, with our leading sales rep being here upwards of 10 years. That is unheard of with most small tech companies these days (I've been told the average sales rep sticks around for 2 years at most other places, yikes!). I actually imagine myself being here for decades. I've worked in a few start-up tech companies in my career and this is by far the best environment I've worked in. We also have monthly activities that are a blast to participate in (sailing, bowling, A's games, etc), and the office is in an idyllic location 2 blocks up from Montgomery BART and in the heart of SoMA! Everyone works together and your contributions don't go unnoticed. We don't need those perks to feel satisfied. There are no "start-up perks" but that is because this is an adult professional office with long-term employees that are happy and healthy in their careers. We're not venture backed because we don't have to be. Think about that for a minute-our product pays for the staff, the roof, our expansion and itself. We're a bootstrapped company and live and breath just by profit and positivity. Despite lots of competition that has popped up over the past few years, ClickTime has survived and surpassed expectations of them all. Great company to work for during an exciting time for sales! The product is solid and has been a leader in the market for 15+ years. Should you have the opportunity to work for or with ClickTime - I recommend you jump at the opportunity. He takes personal pride in the success of the company, takes time out to mentor employees, and always has an open-door policy. They send quarterly gifts and plan employee teambuilding events that are actually fun.įinally, their CEO, Alex Mann is one of the kindest, most knowledgable people I have ever met. For example, on your anniversary month, they make a donation to a charity of your choice in your name. They also do the kindest things for their employees.

ClickTime itself is ever-growing, embraces new ideas, and encourages both teamwork and autonomy (which is a rare balance).ĬlickTime treats its clients exceptionally well and often go above and beyond to maintain and exceed client satisfaction. I honestly don't know how the PeopleOps team continues to recruit and maintain such amazing, high-quality people! This environment is truly an open-door environment and everyone is approachable.

Every single ClickTime employee I've encountered in my 2.75-year tenure has been incredibly friendly, intelligent, and hard-working. Their culture is very family-friendly and extremely inclusive. ClickTime is hands down the best company I've ever worked for.
